Leading industrial gas company Linde was looking to extend its digital capabilities in the APAC region through the launch of the Linde Asia Pacific Digitalisation Hub — a strategic program to rapidly identify, develop, and trial emergent digital technologies for industrial applications in the region and beyond. In partnership with the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), the launch would further its lead in the digital transformation of the gases and engineering industries, improving safety and process efficiency and delivering better value to its customers.
A holistic hands-on experience
The launch needed to showcase the innovative and inventive spirit of Linde and present them as customer-focused and future-ready partner. Our team designed a guest journey that was digitally driven from the pre-event communications to the onsite experience. This design allowed guests hands-on participation to discover and gain a deeper understanding of Linde’s capabilities in the digital realm.
Creating surprising moments
A virtual MC officiated the event, leading the launch via artificial intelligence. That unexpected delivery further brought the digital essence of Linde to life. A progressive showcase of Linde’s current digital capabilities allowed for hands-on engagement with the products.
An intimate VIP dinner reception followed at an exclusive venue where an insightful digital panel session was hosted with Linde’s technology partners from the likes of Google and IBM. We were also commissioned to design the official Linde Gas Digitalisation Hub logo and launch video, which will be used for years to come.
A strong position and response
The launch of the Linde Asia Pacific Digitalisation Hub received strong media coverage from Singapore key business media like The Straits Times and The Business Times. Response from the industry and helped Linde cement its position as a leader in the gas industry. Feedback from customers was overwhelming as they sought greater insight into Linde’s digitalisation plans.
