Part-Time Customer Support Representative

We are looking for individuals who want to learn about and work in the live events marketing industry (trade shows, conventions, expos, corporate events) and provide excellent service to our customers! We work with exhibitors and assist them with their online ordering and show coordination experiences. REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably 1-2 years
  • The ability to type 6,000 keystrokes per hour (alphanumeric) with 95% accuracy.
  • Previous experience using multiple systems and screens to manage customer-related data
  • The proven ability to learn quickly and apply what you have learned in a short period of time

EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred

  • Associates Degree

Part-time employees in the Customer Support Center work set schedules of either 4 or 5 hours per day between 7am and 7pm M-F and one Saturday per month, 8am-5pm. Our part-time shifts are listed below. If you apply and we contact you for an interview, we will notify you which of these shift times are available.

7:00am to 12:00pm (5 hours per day) with one Saturday per month, 8am-5pm.

10:00am to 3:00pm (5 hours per day) with one Saturday per month, 8am-5pm.
