Michelle joined the company in 2009 as Vice President of Application Development.

She so effectively led a team responsible for all Freeman’s application development, support, and delivery that she was promoted to SVP & CIO of Freeman’s Audio Visual division in 2012. As the first IT leader responsible for all AV companies at Freeman, she oversaw application development, infrastructure, digital products, and hotel network services.

Her ascent continued in 2015 when she was named SVP & CIO for Freeman, which placed her in charge of all applications, infrastructure, and IT Operations across all Freeman’s divisions and companies.
