Prior to his current assignment, Steve held several leadership positions with branded companies such as CEO of The Borden Dairy Company, President of Weight Watchers North America, and President of Odwalla, a natural health beverage company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company. Steve also spent time with Coca-Cola Enterprises, Compaq Computer, and Pepsi-Cola Bottling Group. Over the course of his career, Steve has been instrumental in driving improved financial performance through collaboration, innovation, and operating efficiencies.

Steve is a board member of RSCS, in addition to KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell concept co-op boards of directors. Steve received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Winthrop University and has completed supply chain executive management courses from the University of Tennessee and Cornell University.
