Concierge-level service

We’ll keep your event running smoothly from beginning to end.

A good show experience starts long before the doors open. We consider every logistical detail from the moment your customers arrive. Easy-to-understand directional signage, dock area graphics, labour and I&D service areas, and exhibitor sales areas are just as important as the main service centre.

We provide the peace of mind and visibility to ensure exhibitors have a smooth and successful experience.

On-site Freeman concierges walk the show floor to confirm the correct products and services have been delivered and installed. Without leaving their stands, exhibitors can place last-minute orders, view up-to-date schedules and timelines, and submit real-time customer service requests.

Once our creative team has arrived at a stand design in line with the client’s brief and budget, a design is rendered, and our fabrication experts begin the build process.

Using the latest in cutting-edge equipment and quality craftsmanship, they create a finished product that is a replica of the rendering. Freeman takes pride in the fit and finish we provide, and each project is subject to a rigorous quality control process to ensure we consistently deliver products that are of the highest standard.

Our production facility is equipped with a full machine shop, bespoke joinery element, spraying facility, finish paint shop and laminating department, to ensure the exhibition stands we build for our clients create maximum impact.

Here at Freeman we know all too well that furniture can add an important extra layer to any event space, and we provide tailored solutions for event organisers and exhibitors.

Our product range spans everything from high-end tables and chairs for one-to-one meetings and networking opportunities, to display stands which showcase exhibitors’ products, service offering and marketing collateral. We also provide storage solutions to ensure event spaces maintain their professional look and feel.

Our dedicated exhibitor services team is available to help exhibitors with their furniture requirements in the lead up to an event, and we offer an on-site service so that exhibitors can add to their space once they arrive at the venue.

Shell scheme

Freeman offers an end-to-end shell scheme service, which includes the supply of materials, installation and breakdown. We work with event organisers to deliver shell scheme for entire shows, as well as exhibitors who would like to enhance their stand, and those with space only stands who seek a system that will showcase their brand effectively.

Our Circa, Forma 40 and Forma 80 varieties are all modular display stand systems, enabling organisers and exhibitors to choose the size and configuration of their stand. Each comes equipped with walls, fascia, a name board and carpet.

Our traditional system stands are made from batton and plywood walls with a strapped and painted finish, and the panel colour can be determined by the client.

Freeman’s dedicated electrical team understand the unique electrical and mechanical challenges associated with events and exhibitions.

We provide full-service electrical support, advice and design services including installation and testing to organisers and exhibitors across all types of venues, such as exhibition halls, convention centres, temporary structures and hotels.

All of our electrical inventories are of the latest design and conform to all national, local and European inspection authorities. We are constantly developing ways to improve the customer experience, and have recently developed the plug and play electric supply system, which reduces installation time and removes the need for unsightly electrical boxes.

Floor covering

Freeman provides a wide range of carpet options, which can be tailored to suit any budget or space, whether it is an individual stand or themed zones within an event.

Our products have been designed to fit the requirements of both organisers and exhibitors, and include classic, custom or prestige carpet varieties, enabling our clients to choose a solution that best suits their needs.

Freeman uses colourfast carpet only, ensuring a consistent, matching shade every time. In addition to standard and upgraded carpet options, we also offer a custom service, with features such as borders, patterns and logo applications all available.
