Coach House: bespoke stand solutions for a renowned brand

Coach House, the UK's largest distributor of homewares and giftware, sought a partner that could design and build their exhibition stand at three high-profile shows; Autumn Fair, Spring Fair and Top Drawer.

The company had been using the same stand for seven years, and wanted a re-design that would reflect current trends, allow for a prompt build-up time and include a new lighting solution. Extensive pre, during and post-event support was also key.

Considering form and function

We immediately assigned an account manager and project manager to the client, as this would ensure they felt they were supported at every stage. Our creative and fabrication teams then considered how the stand could be designed and built so as to ensure the perfect balance between style and functionality. Navigation was also important — Coach House had an extensive range of products to showcase, so it was essential we map out a clear journey for attendees.

Homewares come to the fore

Our teams delivered a custom space that represented the brand’s largest stand to date. It included a full external re-design comprising new pillars, cornice detailing and bespoke glass panels, and was raised on a 100mm modular laminate platform that is both durable and re-usable. The stand included 13 rooms — complete with new, bespoke lighting beams that set the mood throughout — for the client to dress with their products, which saw a mini-home come to life on the show floor.

The final result was a smooth, clean and crisp looking Coach House space that was vastly different from what we’ve had at previous shows. This saw the area bustling with visitors throughout The Autumn Fair event, and we look forward to continuing the partnership.
