Opting for the boutique route
Our teams knew that the key to garnering the attention of attendees — even when a stand is on the boutique side — is by creating the illusion that it is spacious, and by adding elements that catch the eye. That being said, we considered a number of options for the stand, from bespoke graphics to the addition of unique structures, and discussed these with the client.
A cutting-edge, modular solution
We designed and built the roomsXML stand, which was open and welcoming to visitors, and incorporated our unique Glow system — a modular product that includes built in lights which sit behind a printed fabric and in doing so illuminated roomsXML’s graphics. The client noted it “really brightened the stand up and made it feel glamorous” and “the openness of stand gave a welcoming feel and the Glow walls attracted a lot of eyeballs.”
The 2017 show was our second year working with Freeman, so being a repeat partner kind of says it all. Apart from the high build quality and timely delivery, what was really impressive was the quick response time of our account manager.
Bustling space, new relationships formed
roomsXML was very pleased with the quality of the stand and level of service provided. The team well and truly achieved their event objectives, and plan to continue to exhibit at World Travel Market. They secured nearly 200 meetings over the three days, and the client noted prospect follow-ups in the weeks after show had already generated a lot of new business.
