On December 9-10, 2021, Freeman, a global leader in live events, produced The Summit for Democracy. The event was coordinated and executed by bringing together over 100 heads of state from all over the world, in a seamless virtual experience where they discussed important initiatives across three principal themes: defending against authoritarianism, addressing and fighting corruption, and advancing respect for human rights.

Taking place Washington, D.C., the event included discrete and secure sessions from the South Court Auditorium for the President and Vice President, plus three off-site studios for cabinet and other various officials. Freeman’s team focused on providing the following services at the Summit:

  • Program management
  • Production and scenic design
  • Fabrication and graphics
  • Summit broadcast production
  • Virtual broadcast platform & secure microsite hosting individualized access for all heads of State and their delegations
  • Simultaneous interpretation integration of seven languages
  • 3rd party vendor management
