The Freeman Company, LLC makes no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, with respect to The Freeman Company, LLC files, folders and information, or the Box services. It is your responsibility to conduct appropriate checks before accessing and using Box, including scanning and/or filtering any files that you access and use for viruses and other malicious code.
These terms and conditions shall be construed, interpreted, and governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflicts of law provisions thereof. The exclusive forum for any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be an appropriate federal or state court sitting in Dallas County, Texas, USA. If any provision of this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of this agreement, and the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Your Submissions:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing with The Freeman Company, LLC: if you make submissions to The Freeman Company, LLC folders and files on Box, you agree that any such submissions are unrestricted and shall be deemed non-confidential information as between You and Freeman; and you grant The Freeman Company, LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to publish, display, rent, modify, distribute, transmit, use, copy, and create derivative works of your submissions.
Additional Terms:
The Freeman Company, LLC reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of this agreement by either posting the modified agreement on The Freeman Company, LLC accounts on the Box service or by notification to you. A copy of the most recent agreement will be available at all times hosted within The Freeman Company, LLC domain. You should check periodically to see whether the terms and conditions described in this agreement have changed. Your continued access to The Freeman Company, LLC files and folders within the Box service constitutes acceptance of such changes, except where further steps are required by applicable law.
