Building the Event at Inside Live @AIA
You’re no stranger to all of the in’s and out’s of creating an event like AIA or Inside Live at AIA24. We wanted to summarize all of the pieces here with a special shout out to sustainability and the BTS of the general session.
Sustainability 1 – Materials
With a long overdue spotlight on sustainable policies, companies are working to make their organizations (and their events) more sustainable. Our industry has been working toward a greener future for a while now, but there’s always more we can do. Below are a few sustainable ideas and how we brought them to life (get your checklist below for more ideas):
- Printed on recycled paper with sustainable ink
- Used recyclable honeycomb signage
- Designed with flex rental systems that are made of recyclable materials with a long life span
- Worked with locally sourced products and companies for room amenity drops
- Recycled badges
- Worked across the board to rent reusable building materials as much as possible and purchase recyclable products and materials
