RYTON – 7 February, 2017 – Freeman, the leading global provider of brand experiences, has appointed Chris Preston as the new Managing Director of its Expo business, based in the Midlands, UK, effective immediately.
Preston is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the company, and will play an integral role in leading the teams and the delivery of first-class brand experiences for organisers, exhibitors and attendees. Preston will work alongside Anthony Floreano, Senior Vice President EMEA, Freeman, who will continue to focus on growing the Freeman business across the region.
Preston brings a wealth of management experience across B2B and B2C businesses to the role. He most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer at international sightseeing and tourism business Big Bus Tours. He has a strong background in the automotive industry, having held positions at companies such as Al Fahim in the UAE, where he was CEO Automotive for seven years, as well as Daimlerchrysler, BMW and the Rover Group.
