DALLAS – April 27, 2012 – Freeman, the premier provider of integrated services for face-to-face marketing events, announced today that it is selling Party Time Rentals to Groupe ABP in Le Gardeur, near Repentigny and Montreal, Quebec. In 2000, Freeman acquired Party Time Rentals.
Due to Party Time Rentals’ unique strengths, service offerings and location, it has operated as an independent Freeman brand since 2000. Recently, the Freeman leadership team decided Party Time Rentals could best execute its strategy as part of another organization.
“We were happy to find the ideal buyer in Groupe ABP,” said Joe Popolo, Freeman CEO. “Their focus aligns with the strategic goals of Party Time Rentals.” Groupe ABP and Party Time Rentals concentrate their services on the rental of equipment for special events such as; exhibits, events, parties, weddings, festivals, concerts and more.
“We’re thrilled to have Party Time Rentals join us,” said Pierre Lepine co -founder of Groupe ABP. “Their offerings and Ottawa location will allow us to more readily provide excellent event rental services to a wider customer base.”
Freeman will partner with Party Time Rentals in its strategic markets and their joint customers will continue to receive the exceptional service they’ve come to expect. For more information on Groupe ABP, visit the website at www.groupeabp.com.
