The NAFEM Show was looking for fresh ideas and innovative solutions to improve the show journey so that attendees could get from Point A to Point B to WOW, effortlessly.
The food equipment manufacturer partnered with Freeman to provide solutions for: event design, immersive AV, custom content creation, and general contractor services.

This way to WOW
To create a seamless attendee journey, our event management experts incorporated a visual communication strategy into the show floor look, with well-planned signage that led attendees to key areas such as registration, lounges, and exhibits.



Dig in with immersive AV
Our audio-visual pros helped The NAFEM Show take center stage with LED screens and walls, as well as digital wayfinding solutions that could be updated on the fly, while capturing attendees’ attention.
