We take our reputation for service excellence seriously.

Our clients should expect and receive the same level of excellent customer service from everyone representing Freeman, regardless of their role. That’s why we require all of our full- and part-time employees to pass a customer service certification program.

Our Customer Support Centre is focused on making the show service experience easier for exhibitors. We document all communication so management can model our support and processes around our clients’ needs.
