DALLAS – June 27, 2013 –Freeman, the world’s leading partner for integrated marketing solutions for live engagements, today announced that Don Freeman, Chairman; Carrie Freeman Parsons, Vice Chair; and Joe Popolo, CEO, were jointly selected as winners of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2013 Award for Southwest Area North.
The executives were among an elite group of regional business leaders honored Saturday night, June 22, at a gala event at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel. The award recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the business and local community by creating products and services that facilitate innovation and economic development.
The Freeman leadership team is closing out a significant year of growth for the company, marked by major announcements including expansion into the European market, the launch of an experiential marketing agency, FreemanXP , and the award of the Consumer Electronics Association general services contract.
