Catch these Zoomtopia design elements that turned a standard space into a Happy place

Refurbished Happy the Whale mascot rigged from the ceiling: This beacon of “happiness” welcomed attendees and literally watched over the entire show, which set an instant positive vibe.

Central hub with lighted floating halo: This focal point was the heart of the event and gave Zoom a central anchor that connected all activations.

Illuminated arched portals and hanging orbs: Neon-lit archways led attendees to different portals with activities that encouraged hands-on participation and collaboration. While the hanging orbs provided cheerful pops of color and gave attendees visual cues for areas to rest and recharge.

360-degree LED wall, LED screens, and hanging sign of tension fabric: Continuous messaging and mood-lifting graphics surrounded attendees with strategically placed and useful information, while helping sustain the happy atmosphere.

Blue and purple lighting against a high-gloss floor: Harsh fluorescent lighting was replaced with warm and welcoming light colors that reflected off the cement flooring (nixing carpet meant sustainable savings).
