At select shows, booking roundtrip may also unlock additional program benefits through Roundtrip Ready. These advantages vary by event and aren’t available everywhere, but when a show offers them, exhibitors often see added convenience and potential cost savings. Your transportation representative can confirm whether your show participates and what options are available.

Do all shows offer Roundtrip Ready? Who qualifies?
Not all, but many do. Your Freeman Transportation representative can confirm availability for your event. Exhibitors with LTL domestic roundtrip shipments at participating shows who book both inbound and outbound shipping with Freeman may qualify.
Can I book only inbound or outbound shipping and still qualify?
No. Roundtrip booking is required to unlock the bundled benefits and pricing.
How will I know all the charges upfront?
Your quote outlines all known charges. Additional fees could apply if shipment needs any changes (e.g., redelivery or updated address).
Additional Resources
Any special shipping discounts apply only to roundtrip domestic shipping. Because discounted pricing is determined on a show by show basis, eligibility must be confirmed for each event with your Freeman Transportation representative. For some events, roundtrip discounts may apply to shipping only, or to shipping and material handling, depending on show eligibility. Only LTL (less than truckload) ground shipments qualify for discounted shipping offers.
**The Roundtrip Ready offer becomes effective February 1, 2026. Shows before this date are not eligible, and this offer is not valid on previously completed or ordered shipments. Discounts apply only to qualifying roundtrip shipping booked on or after the program’s effective date and meeting all show-level eligibility requirements.
All shipping quotes are valid for 10 days as long as the parameters provided at the time of quoting remain accurate. Shipments are billed based on actual weight. While there is no required shipment weight minimum, every shipment is subject to a 100 pound minimum charge.
† While we make every effort to outline all expected charges in advance, additional fees may apply depending on your shipment’s specific needs. These can include redelivery fees, liftgate fees, declared value coverage, residential delivery fees, and reconsignment fees if the delivery address changes after freight has shipped. Locations without a loading dock or forklift will incur a liftgate charge, and shipments originating from or returning to California will include a California compliance charge. This is not an exhaustive list, and other charges may be assessed based on shipment requirements.
Freeman reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Roundtrip Ready program at any time with or without prior notice.
