With over 25+ years of experience in experiential events, Carley Faircloth leads the EMEA Agency Service team at Freeman.

Starting her Freeman journey by joining the Freeman Enterprise team in the US as Global Vice President of Business Development, she’s worked closely in-region to ensure seamless transitions and operational protocols.

Known as a strong leader and bold change agent, Carley joined Freeman from Jack Morton, where she was a pivotal growth leader in their global network, honing her expertise in expanding domestic brands to multichannel, multi-geographic portfolios. Her influence and approach have benefited large power brands such as McDonalds, Viacom, BP, Dell and American Airlines, where Faircloth led the experience strategy for the Airline’s first rebrand in over 40 years.

With Carley at the agency services helm in EMEA the focus is still very clearly aligned on implementing the strategic solutions of working towards the company’s collective global goal of being the end-to-end partner of choice for live brand experiences.
