Before retiring from her role as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Stream Energy, a provider of retail energy, wireless and connected life services, Renée oversaw the finance, accounting, planning, business intelligence, wholesale risk and human resources functions of the company. She previously served as chief financial officer for several other companies, including Shared Technologies, Inc., a provider of converged voice and data networking solutions and Flowserve Corporation, a global manufacturer and service provider of industrial products.

Renée currently serves on the Board of Eastman Chemical Company, a publicly traded global chemical company and Tri Global Energy, a leading renewable energy developer. She is past president and board member of the National Association of Corporate Directors North Texas chapter and also the Dallas chapter of Financial Executives International. She is also a member of Women Corporate Directors, the International Women’s Forum, the Executive Women’s Roundtable and the AICPA.

Renée has been recognized by DCEO as one of “The 500 Most Powerful Dallas Business Leaders 2016”, “2015 Excellence in Corporate Governance” and “2014 CFO of the Year”. The Dallas Business Journal named her a “2014 Women in Business Honoree” and “2013 CFO of the Year”.

Renée received a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Indiana University and is a CPA.
