Our SafeConnect Promise

At Freeman, the health and safety of our teams, our customers and the wider community in which we work is our highest priority. We understand how significantly our world has changed — and in response to these changes, Freeman has developed Freeman SafeConnect which is a set of standards, protocols and service offerings which reflect our values and commitment to keep our people, our customers and attendees, safe.

Our Commitment: Freeman will implement the health and safety practices outlined and continue to incorporate and enhance best practices in line with the latest scientific developments as issued by local and state health authorities and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and the World Health Organization (WHO).

Freeman supports and is aligned with the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) standards and will adhere to venue and show organizer-specific health and safety requirements.

Upon entering any event in which Freeman is the named General Service Contractor, you can count on the following. Freeman will:

  • Mandate that all on-site employees complete a health questionnaire and temperature screen each day before entering show site
  • Require that every Freeman employee and contractor on show site must wear a facemask*
  • Enforce that any Freeman employee or contractor who refuses to wear a facemask while onsite will be asked to leave immediately
  • Provide employees with a COVID-19 personal protective equipment (PPE) package
  • Pair on-site staff into small teams — limiting exposure and better supporting contact tracing
  • Enforce employees and contractors to abide by social distancing requirements
  • Require all employees and contractors to wash hands throughout the day with soap and hot water for 20 seconds or frequently use hand sanitizer
  • Mandate any custodial or sanitization services hired by Freeman be GBAC-certified

*Unless they are eating a meal or consuming a beverage. While eating or drinking, employees and contractors will maintain six feet of separation from others at all times.
