Our clients should expect and receive the same level of excellent customer service from everyone representing Freeman, regardless of their role. That’s why we require all of our full- and part-time employees to pass a customer service certification program.
Our Customer Support Center is focused on making the show service experience easier for exhibitors. The center is staffed six days a week, covering business hours coast-to-coast. We document all communication so management can model our support and processes around our clients’ needs. Our support is so strong that J.D. Power and Associates has recognized the Freeman Customer Support Center for nine consecutive years.
